FIND YOU FUTURE TALENT AT JUMPERS OF THE FUTURE AUCTION

Despite the overwhelming supply of online auctions, another new auction was born: Jumpers of the Future Auction. “Our aim is to sell nice, healthy, young jumper horses that make the client happy. No surprises, what you see is what you get”, says Koen Leemans on behalf of the organisation. The collection has been published online and bidding is open during the Easter weekend from the 15th till the 18th of April.
Fourteen young jumper horses, one jumper pony and a broodmare in foal form the first collection of the Jumpers of the Future Auction. “All horses are sound on their clinical and x-ray examinations, so that they start their career is off to a running start.” On paper, the collection is equally interesting.
The five-year-old ridden Moos boasts three 1.60m stallions in a row: Fernando, Stakkato and Concorde. He is a half-brother of two approved stallions, his dam is a half-sister of a 1.45m ranked approved stallion and his granddam is the full sister of two 1.60m horses. Furthermore, he himself shows abundant athletic ability, scope, and a great attitude.
The Favourit Ask-son Fellino Ask’s dam is the Olympic Unita Ask (s.Corrado I), with whom Rolf-Goran Bengtsson participated in the Olympic Games of Rio de Janeiro. Delano (s.Denver) also has an interesting dam. She is the half-sister to multiple 1.50m horses and the 1.55m jumper Quantara 5 (s.Quantum). Harley VDL-son O Harley’s dam is a half-sister of the 1.55m horse Fifty Fifty (s.Zirocco Blue VDL) of Vincent Geerink. The dam of Neverland Z-son Niquinto van ‘t Sassenbroek Z already produced an international 1.45m showjumper. Or what about Liza Minelli, that jumped multiple 5* Nations Cups and Grands Prix with Yves Houtackers. She is the half-sister of the granddams of New Jersey (s.Cornet Obolensky) and Nevada (s.Eldorado van de Zeshoek).
The alluring, 18-year-old pregnant broodmare is an addition to any horse stable. Her appearance and beautiful eye reveal she is a daughter of the 1.60m top progenitor Heartbreaker. The pedigree continues with the 1.60m stallions Burggraaf and Voltaire. Hersilia-P performed up to 1.35m level herself and already foaled the at Mecklenburg licensed Quinn van de Smockelaer P-Z (s.Querlybet Hero). This year, she expects a foal by Diarado.
Another highlight in this auction is the gorgeous palomino pony Sienna van Prinseveld. “This pony is something special. She originates from one of the best jumper pony bloodlines, is super easy to ride and seems tick all the boxes for the highest pony levels, just like her sire and dam. She has gained show experience up till 1.00m in Belgium and already produced four foals”, enthuses Leemans. The sire is the successful EC-pony Goliath van de Groenweg (s.Conor Mac Nessa). In 2014 he obtained individual silver at the EC of Millstreet and participated in an EC five times in total. The dam is Orchid’s Mila (s.Orchid’s Cestanii) and has also proven her own abilities up till international 1.30m level.
The bidding starts on Friday April 15, the auction closes Monday night April 18. Registration is simple and free.
